Rebrand

This business was struggling trying to keep three separate companies alive, the company owner was spread thin; working other jobs to make ends meet, a business that wasn't growing, and no plan of how to move forward.

So we ran a business strategy workshop to determine the strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses of each service, and who the core audience was for each one. This helped us assess and audit where the key areas for growth were in the existing structure.

The workshop identified some key overlapping themes and a central idea that could bring everything under one master brand!

So we tested the theory via a strategy and business plan which included a mission statement, key consumer insight, and revised offering for the three key services, and something magical was created; Liberella; A Female Wellness Philosophy.

Recruitment campaign

A year-long search for a manager solved in two weeks.

To help with a year long recruitment search for a challenging management position, we developed a brand led careers page on Beevive's website! By integrating their brand story with the appeal for a new team member,  the right candidates were attracted like bees to honey!

​​The outcome? After a year of searching, the new page drew applicants with enthusiasm, passion for the brand, and the necessary skills. This allowed Beevive to enter the next growth phase, giving the co-founders more time to focus on business direction and reclaim some personal time.

Turning a vision into an actionable plan for growth. 

Using our in-depth knowledge of the branding industry and what clients are looking for, we were able to help refine and optimise parts of Brand Me's agency offer. 

We took the time to get to know their team and their unique challenges and goals, to provide tailored business development advice which aligned with the vision of the company, and gave them the tool kit they needed to translate that vision into an actionable plan for growth.

Rebrand and customer journey overhaul 

A new brand identity and optimised digital client journey resulting in 38% turnover growth. 

This premium beauty salon had a 10 year old outdated brand, and a manual booking system both of which were preventing growth, reducing profitability, and damaging the customer experience.

After spending time with the owner in their luxurious serene garden studio, it was obvious the old brand did not reflect the high quality experience being offered.  

 

The new visual identity positioned the brand firmly within the premium lifestyle beauty category. Using a natural colour palette and iconography, the brand now tells the story of the beautiful garden location and unique experience being offered, in a contemporary stylish way that sets the path for future innovation and growth in the beauty industry.

A new online customer relationship management system and client booking journey, integrated with social media was brought in working with Fresha, giving Hannah the owner more time to work on the business and spend with her family.

​

Social media templates were created to ensure a consistent brand look and messaging across all content, a client focused strategy, and easy to follow content plan.

Digital Marketing

Integrated digital marketing plan and implementation to inform growth. 

After audit and analysis we identified several key areas for improvement and developed a comprehensive strategy to elevate Dartmoor Dental’s marketing and operations to inform business growth.  Training and tool kits were provided for implementation in house.

CRM System Integration: we reviewed and optimised the dental practice’s CRM system to suit the growing needs of the business, and provided training to the front of house team to ensure seamless role out and best-in-class customer service.

Enhanced Email Marketing: Leveraging the new CRM system, we designed targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing relationships with existing patients while attracting new ones. We up-skilled the internal team at Dartmoor Dental to interpret the email analytics and drive continuous improvement for the email content month on month.
